The Hôtel Manoir d’Youville, a 114-room hotel complex, including 9 meeting rooms, located on the shores of Lake Saint-Louis in Châteauguay and capable of hosting events for up to 200 people, is unlike any other establishment. This former convent of the Grey Nuns has found its paradise in projects with social value, while involving the values of the Grey Nuns and matching the values of Hôtel Manoir D’Youville. General Manager Jean-Martin Côté had a vision when he took the reins in 2018: to create a new kind of hotel, a place that connects community, history and nature. The site’s original mission of helping the less fortunate lent itself particularly well to large-scale projects: a hotel that welcomes guests like a regular hotel, but with a more social component, helping not only people, but also organizations in the region.
